Voltaggio (Ottaggio in Ligurian) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Alessandria in the Italian region Piedmont, located about 100 km southeast of Turin and about 40 km southeast of Alessandria.
It houses a Roman bridge on the Lemme stream.
